TRUST gen2 - Tactical Rapid Use Tourniquet is a non-pneumatic limb tourniquet intended for temporary control of life-threatening external bleeding from the upper and lower extremities. The device is designed for use in emergency, pre-hospital, tactical, combat, rescue, and extreme-environment situations. The device may be applied by trained first aid providers, medical personnel, or by the injured person for self-application where one-handed use is required. It is intended to be applied around an injured limb proximal to the bleeding site, or at the highest possible position on the limb where the bleeding site cannot be immediately identified.
