Magnetic DNA / RNA Auto Extraction kit is designed for simultaneous isolation of viral, bacterial, and human DNA and RNA from saliva, urine and swabs (nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal and urogenital) and adapted to use with KingFisher™ Flex (Thermo Fisher Scientific), Auto-Pure 96 (Allsheng) or ZiXpress® 32 or ZiXpress® 64 Automated Nucleic Acid Purification Systems (Zinexts Life Science Corporation). Purified nucleic acids can be used for nucleic acids amplification techniques as real-time PCR and real time PCR with reverse transcription. The kit contains reagents for 96 extractions.
