The Lymphoid Screening Tube (LST) kit is an 8 color conjugated antibodies combination. It contains a combination of 12-fluorochrome conjugated antibodies designed for the assessment, by flow cytometry, of normal and abnormal mature lymphocyte populations of B-, T- and NK-lineages. This kit can be used for screening of several suspected clinical conditions, such as chronic lymphoproliferative diseases (CLPD), lymphocytosis, lymph node enlargement, etc. It is to be used with peripheral blood, bone marrow or lymph node specimens. This kit must be used by flow cytometry qualified personnel.
