1) the conformity of devices is appropriately checked prior to release. 2)technical documentation is established and maintained as per Annexes II and III of the MDR. 3) the EU Declaration of Conformity is issued and kept up to date. 4) post-market surveillance activities are carried out in compliance with Article 10(10) of the MDR. 5) reporting obligations under Articles 87–91 (e.g. vigilance and incident reporting) are fulfilled.
