Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance of the company’s medical devices in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745, including checking conformity of devices, technical documentation and EU declaration of conformity, ensuring that post-market surveillance and vigilance obligations are complied with, and ensuring that devices are released only after the required compliance procedures have been fulfilled.
