Plenipotentiary for the quality management system Responsibilities: - Ensuring that the processes necessary for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained, - presenting reports to the company's management regarding the functioning of the QMS and any needs related to their improvement, - ensuring dissemination of awareness of regulations and customer requirements throughout the company and - prepares QMS documents ensuring that quality system processes are established and maintained.

Plenipotentiary of the company Responsibilities: - exercises general management over the Company, - supervises customer-related processes - product implementation planning, supervises the product validation and implementation process, - participates and supervises PMS activities, - audits the QMS and agrees on corrective and preventive actions, - approves QMS,technical documents of medical devices, - responsible for the production of a medical device, - regulatory compliance of medical devices.
