The device is not intended to replace professional medical intervention in such situations. • If you do not receive a diagnosis and treatment recommendation from your attending dermatologist within 48 hours or if you experience technical issues with the device, contact the OnlineDoctor support team immediately. • Incomplete and/or incorrect information provided by the patient in the anamnesis questionnaire (e.g. suspected pregnancy, allergies, previous illnesses and/or drug intolerances) can lead to an incorrect diagnosis and/or inadequate treatment recommendation. In cases involving specific symptoms, certain conditions, or insufficient quality of information, a reliable diagnosis may not be possible via digital means. Physicians are advised to critically review all patient-provided information and, if any uncertainty remains, opt for an in-person consultation to ensure a safe and appropriate clinical decision. • Diagnosis and treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the dermatologist. All diagnostic assessments and therapy recommendations involve qualified dermatologists and are communicated to the user via the provided treatment plan. • This product is not intended for full-body skin cancer screening. Such examinations require a comprehensive clinical assessment and can only be reliably performed in a physician’s office. Using this product as a substitute for full-body screening may result in missed or delayed detection of malignant lesions.
