Technical documentation and the EU declaration of conformity are drawn up and kept up to date the conformity of the devices is properly verified, before the release post-market surveillance obligations are met the notification obligations referred to Regulation 2017/745 are fulfilled in the case of devices under investigation, the declaration referred to in to Regulation 2017/745 is issued.
