Support covers the lumbar vertebrae region (high back), the groin, and the hip down to the middle of the thigh. Superflex zones on the inside of the thigh ensure that the support fits perfectly, even for patients with less developed leg muscles, but at the same time designed not to pinch patients with more developed muscles The support reaches as far as the lower thoracic vertebrae (below Th 11) and this effectively prevents chilling as a result of bending the upper body; a draw-cord at the waist. The support is particularly good for preventing injury and chilling due to its rapid warming properties and for preventing groin, adductor or thigh muscle strain, in particular when playing ball sports (soccer, handball) and water sports (sailing, water-skiing, canoeing, etc).
