Open brace covers the wrist, the adjacent metacarpal region as well as the distal forearm (depending on size support covers 10-12 cm), has a cut-out for the thumb and does not restrict movement of the fingers in any way. The support is very easy to use, three hook and loop fasteners ensure optimum fit at the hand, wrist and forearm. Notes for applying support: Ensure that the fastener at the thumb is closed. Insert hand into support, close all remaining fasteners and tighten if necessary.
