DSA point of contact & notice-and-action

Single point of contact

MD Atlas is operated by a small enterprise. Under EU law we publish a single point of contact for matters relating to content we host. You may write to us at this address in English or French.

Contact address: dsa-contact@madeintracker.com

Reporting allegedly illegal content (notice-and-action)

If you believe a file we host — for example a user manual — is illegal, you can notify us by email, or through the notice form below. We review each report and notify the reporting party of our decision. Every removal decision is taken by a member of our team — not by automated means — and the affected uploader receives a statement of reasons with the available redress options.

A complete notice should include:

  1. a clear explanation of why you consider the content illegal;
  2. the exact URL or location of the content on MD Atlas;
  3. your name and email address (except for notices concerning certain offences against minors); and
  4. a statement confirming, in good faith, that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.

Content-moderation policy

Our content-moderation policy, our notice-and-action mechanism and our repeat-infringer policy are set out in our Terms of Use. The lawful basis for hosting user-submitted documents and how to request erasure are described in our Privacy Policy.

Small-enterprise status

As a small enterprise, certain DSA obligations that apply to larger or very large platforms do not apply to us; however, the obligations to maintain this point of contact and to operate a notice-and-action mechanism do apply, and we honour them.

Report illegal content

Use this form to notify us of content you believe to be illegal. All four fields are required for a complete notice.

We use these details to acknowledge your notice and tell you what we decide.
