-ensuring the conformity of devices is appropriately checked according to the quality management system under which they are manufactured before release;
-drawing up and keeping the technical documentation and EU declaration of conformity up-to-date;
-complying with post-market surveillance obligations as per Art. 10(10);
-fulfilling the reporting obligations referred to in Art. 87 to 91;
-issuing the statement referred to in Section 4.1 of Chapter II of Annex XV for investigational devices.
