The PRRC is responsible for ensuring device conformity is checked before release, and that technical documentation and EU declarations of conformity are prepared, maintained and kept up to date. The PRRC also ensures post-market surveillance, vigilance and regulatory reporting obligations are fulfilled, and that investigational-device statements are issued where applicable.
