1. to adequately verify the conformity of the products in accordance with the quality management system in which the products are manufactured, before releasing the product;
2. compliance with post-market surveillance obligations as required by Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
3. to draw up and keep up to date the technical documentation and the EU declaration of conformity;
4. comply with the obligations for serious incident reporting, external safety corrective actions and trend reporting.
