“Graham McLeod, Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs” as the “Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance” for Optos and irrespective of other responsibilities, shall have responsibility and authority that includes ensuring: a) Regulatory documentation is prepared and maintained. b) Requirements for submission of vigilance reports are complied with, and c) Compliance of devices used for clinical investigation is documented

“Judith Kennedy, VP Global Quality” as the “Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance” for Optos and irrespective of other responsibilities, shall have responsibility and authority that includes ensuring: a) Conformity of the device is checked in accordance with the quality management system before release, b) Post-market surveillance obligations are met.
