Managing Director may act on behalf of the President for the following: 1.Management Representative for all Regulatory activities. 2.Signoff authority for changes to all Quality System Management documentation and functions

- Review preparation and filling of all regulatory documents with regulatory authorities as required. - Review and implementation of regulatory authorities' feedback, policies, and guidelines. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments on strategy and implementation of quality principles and regulation requirements.
